We forge parts to thirty-five pounds with state-of-the-art forging hammers (to 4000 lbs), Die Forgers, and Upsetters in sizes 1" to 3". Modern Induction Heating is used to heat steel on all primary forging units. Carbon, alloy, microalloyed and stainless steel are purchased only from reputable mills that provide material certifications. Our quality system allows traceability of each heat of steel to the finished product.

Secondary machining capabilities allows us to finish many parts to your specifications. Our engineering department is experienced in working with customers to design high quality and low cost customized forgings for many applications.
